At long last I have found trainers who understand how a dog's mind works. Jacob and Rhiannon's gentle method has produced good behaviour in my dog. We both enjoy the lessons and there's no pressure in the classes just positive encouragement. I wish I had known of these classes for my last dog. I cannot recommend these classes enough. Fun, enjoyable and they produce the behaviour results I want.

We started off Patch in the puppy class and now we have just graduated level 2 can’t recommend Jacob and Rihanna enough. As said in the title everything is positive reinforcement- which is a must in my opinion. Each week we cover new things which are beneficial for helping both us and our doggies. Attention to details from Jacob is brilliant! The extra classes we have been doing with Patch have been awesome and he has had so much fun. Thank you for everything x
